系统介绍：

CS 200E 专门用于回转窑窑体温度监测的红外扫描成像系统

CS 200E 系统专为监测回转窑运行状态而设计、能准确探测由于回转窑内耐火砖的脱落产生的热点，以避免窑体损坏所带来的高额损失并延长窑体的使用寿命。此外还可选择系统提供的选件模块实现遮挡区域的测量、烧成带监测、轮带滑移量监测、冷却风机控制等。

CS 200E 系统通过监测全窑长的窑体温度，提供窑内耐火砖磨损状况，通过单独固定的点温仪测量被轮带“遮挡”区域的温度数据，并同主要测量的温度数据综合组成一幅完整的热图像。烧成带测温仪和轮带滑移监控选件模块的数据均可集成到系统中，操作者在中控室内通过计算机显示屏即可显示全部的运行信息，此外，操作者还可通过调用多功能的历史记录数据库，通过当前数据同历史记录数据的对比，提前防止生产事故的发生。

 

 

CS 200E 系统由 MP 50  扫描测温仪和功能强大的CS200E 专用软件及多种可选模块组成。

MP 50 是世界上应用*广的扫描测温仪。数以千计的扫描测温仪已应用到各种气候环境下，甚至是荒漠或热带雨林地区的回转窑使用现场。能在苛刻环境下可靠工作的MP50HR，采用了独特的光学设计，先进的微电子技术和高可靠性的电动机，可以说 MP50 HR 是集信号处理、数据存储和数据通讯技术为一身的高性能测温仪。

为确保在复杂环境下的可靠运行，专为MP50HR扫描测温仪设计了一个坚固的机座以及固定在机座上的带空气吹扫和水冷却的不锈钢保护箱，该保护箱包括一个可调安装基座用于调整扫描仪沿轴向瞄准回转窑，一个带轨道的连接板用于快速安装扫描仪，用于空气吹扫和水冷却的快速拆卸装置和一个便于更换的视窗。
